Skill Sharing School

Transition Asheville's Skill Sharing Action Group is proud to announce our first ever
Skill Sharing School
on Saturday, February 18th at UNCA's Highsmith Student Union.

We are truly pleased to announce that we have 26 classes in four sessions and thank all our wonderful volunteer teachers who are so generously sharing their time, their experience, and their enthusiasm.

Thank you to ASHE and the UNCA Student Environmental Center for so generously hosting this event. Thank you Freeskool Asheville and True Nature Country Fair for your commitment to education and for helping to publicize this event. It has been a great collaborative effort.

Up to date information can be found on the Transition Asheville website.

Registration

The classes are free. Be sure to read the class descriptions carefully to see if there is a small materials fee (only a few have them) or if you will need to bring any materials with you.

Thank you ASHE (Active Students for a Healthy Environmant) and the Student Environmental Center for providing us with such a great venue in exchange for Student participation.

UNCA Student volunteers, instructors, and Partner volunteers will be able to pre-register. All others, be sure to arrive early for the best chance of registering for your first choices.

The class sizes are intentionally small to allow for hands on learning and to allow our instructors to share what they know in small group settings.

Please know your 1st and 2nd choices for all time slots. We will do our best to create a calm and inviting atmosphere during the registration period.
